There are always plenty of tasks to be done, but you can’t be in two places at once and sometimes these errands can become overwhelming.

Whether something suddenly pops up, or you’ve got scheduled tasks that need doing, we can help. When you choose Maid in Sydney, we’ll be able to attend to all of these routine or ad hoc errands that you might not have the time to do yourself, such as:

Picking up children from school – there’s no need to leave work early, or have to discuss with your partner or family whether they can pick the kids up. Our trusted and reliable maids will spare you the inconvenience, and ensure that your children are safely brought back home.

Grocery shopping – don’t worry about an empty fridge – just let us know what groceries you need and we’ll make the trip for you and save you the hassle.

Dry cleaning – if there are any valuable or delicate clothes that require dry cleaning, we can drop them off and pick them up so you don’t have to.

Picking up mail – need to pick up an important parcel but can’t get the time off work? Let us know where to go and we’ll gladly pick up any mail.

Walking your dog/s – your beloved animals need to be looked after in your absence, and they need their exercise. Why spend money on a dog walker when our maids can do this for you together with all other tasks?

Gutter Cleaning – Blocked gutters aren’t just an eyesore, they can create a safety hazard too. Our maids can keep your gutters clean and clear, saving you time and money.

Garage Cleaning – Is your garage the place where unwanted toys and tools go when they’re no longer needed? Free up your garage to be useful again with our exceptional garage cleaning services.

Packing and Unpacking – If you’ve recently moved then you’ll know how frustrating it is to deal with a mountain of boxes. Leave the packing and unpacking to us and get your valuable free time back.

FAQ

  • Not necessary. However, we encourage you be there to meet your maid for the first visit to show them your home and pass on the house key for future visits. It is also helpful to point out where all the equipment and supplies are kept and providing a list of your priorities (these may vary from visit to visit). The priorities list can be used by a substitute in the event your regular maid is ill. Your maid will do just about anything they can to help you.

  • We work as a single person in most cases or in teams of two people depending on the size of your home and hours scheduled.

  • Yes, we recommend you choose to use your own products and equipment because of allergic or other hygiene/health reasons. Let us know if you require us to provide the cleaning products upon request with extra supply charges.

  • We have a minimum of 4 hours per service. For a free quote based on your household, please contact us.

  • All of our staff undergo security checks before hiring, including a Police Check. This ensures that you’ll have complete peace of mind with our maids, even when you’re out of the house.

  • You will have a single designated representative who will handle all your housekeeping management. This makes it perfectly simple to address any issues and resolve them as quickly as possible, and with the minimal hassle.

  • We do not work on Public holidays. Your housekeepers, like any of us, have families and we believe Public holidays are to be enjoyed by all.

  • If you recommend to a friend and they sign on for a regular service you will be credited a free 4 hour service.

  • Communication is important for any relationship! We understand we must earn your trust during every visit, and that's why we're so flexible, offering customised cleaning service plans designed with your needs in mind. No contracts. No hassle. Establishing this open communication and being flexible ensures we can meet and exceed your expectations, and provide you satisfaction as a long-term customer.

  • A job list specific to your home will be created and be subject to ongoing review.

  • As long as it’s within reason, we can take care of almost all of your cleaning, housekeeping and various errands. There are only a couple of things our maids won’t be able to do - high point cleaning (which would require your maid to stretch above their head/step on something to access the area) and cooking full meals (though we’ll be happy to engage in light meal prep).

  • While it’s unlikely any issues would arise, accidents can always happen and it’s essential to be prepared for any outcome. That’s why we’re Fully Insured, so you have complete peace of mind if the unexpected occurs.
